I love helping clients feel confident and beautiful with every set I create! ❤️ ✨ Alianna’s Lash kingdom Policies ✨ Appointments & Deposits • A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied to your service. • Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations & No-Shows • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • No-shows or late cancellations may result in losing your deposit. Late Arrivals • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and your deposit may be forfeited. Service Care • Follow all aftercare instructions to maintain your lashes. • Touch-ups/refills are recommended every 2–4 weeks for lashes. Products & Hygiene • All tools and disposables are single-use or sanitized for your safety. Payment • Payment is due at the time of service. • Cash, card, and digital payments accepted.
