✨ Alianna’s Lash kingdom Policies ✨ Appointments & Deposits • A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied to your service. • Deposits are non-refundable so make sure you are able to come! Cancellations & No-Shows • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • No-shows or late cancellations will result in losing your deposit plus 50% of the service . Late Arrivals • If you arrive more than 15. minutes late, your service will need to be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited. Service Care • Follow all aftercare instructions to maintain your lashes. • Touch-ups/refills are recommended every 2–4 weeks for lashes. Products & Hygiene • All tools and disposables are single-use or sanitized for your safety. Payment • Payment is due at the time of service. • Cash, card, and digital payments accepted. Cancellation Policy
I charge 50% cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled appointment or no shows
